Last week I attended a Zumba for kids class that was provided by my district. I learned about a bunch of fun wiggle out activities. Students need to move regularly to restart their will to listen and participate sometimes. When I taught 1st grade every 10- 15 minutes we would stop what we were doing and do a wiggle out or sing a dancing song or something that would renew their will to concentrate. Here are some new ones I have found.
