A PARADE AT WEST KEARNS

I absolutely loved joining the teachers and staff of West Kearns Elementary today as we paraded around the neighborhood today. I knew I missed the students of WK, but I didn't know how much I missed you all until I saw your lovely faces. It was wonderful to see all of you!

​ Sometimes we make plans that we don't see work out, like planning a mural with the sixth graders at Robert Frost. We have been talking about, planning and working on our murals since September. We were two weeks away from being done and putting the mural pieces the whole school had been working on when all of the schools in our district were shut down due to Covid 19. So I had to get creative. I took to Facebook and Instagram and families and friends from Roy to Eagle Mountain volunteered to help us make art to help us finish our murals.  What they say is true, it's not what you know, but who you know! Thank you for all of the help and hard work to help us at Robert Frost make these murals happen! Thank you Mr. Reese and Mrs. VanDer Wilt's classes for all of your patience and hard work.
